Empire Estates is a quiet neighborhood in Northeastern Overland Park. There are just over three hundred homes in the neighborhood. Empire Estates is bordered by Roe Avenue on the West, Mission Road on the East, 95th St on the North, & 99th St on the South. Our homes association was created to coordinate neighborhood communications, foster closeness of community, help serve as a unified voice for our community to various government agencies, and to organize community events. The board members are elected by the homeowners and serve three year terms.
